My sister and I both take lessons with Rosalind and we enjoy it very much. She listens to our requests and helps us learn a lot about music. We progress quickly and smoothly with her. We think Rosalind is a great teacher and has helped us a lot!

We have been with DoRayMi lessons for over 4 years now for my daughter. She was 5 years old when she started learning music at DoRayMi and she is still loving it! We continued through the pandemic with virtual lessons and we have had a great experience all through! Thanks Rosalind!!

Rosalind is extremely talented musically and excellent at finding ways to communicate concepts in a way that any student can understand. She is constantly finding all sorts of creative ways to reach her students whether they are beginners or very advanced. Rosalind has a sunny personality and is always positive. I have really enjoyed my voice lessons over the past few years and wholeheartedly recommend Rosalind to anyone considering DoRayMi Lessons.

My very shy 8 year old is taking voice lessons with Rosalind and is completely excited. Rosalind immediately put her at ease and is making the lessons fun. She is also a great parental resource and music therapist herself and is helping me the parent support and nurture my daughters goals! A++ for Doraymi and for Rosalind as a teacher.

Rosalind is very detailed and professional in her class delivery. My son has been in and out of piano lessons with different teachers without much progress but she has hooked him to piano and we surely see him working towards it on his own. So kudos to her to inculcate this interest in him and would highly recommend her for hesitant parents trying to hire a piano tutor.

Rosalind was great with my daughter. She made sure my daughter understood the fundamentals of voice instruction and still made it fun. Her communication was very good and we got weekly clips of her lessons so we could practice more at home.

Rosalind is a fantastic teacher. When I started taking Vocal lessons, I had no experience in singing whatsoever. After the first 6 months she had me singing and playing the guitar in front of close to 100 people. She provides opportunities to reach your goals and dreams. I highly recommend using her services if you want to progress in music. One of the best decisions I have ever made.

Rosalind is an excellent teacher!! Incredibly knowledgable about music in its technicality, she is genuinely interested in advancing your musical abilities. She adapts the curriculum to your needs and presents creative, unique approaches to learning. I would recommend her to anyone who aspires to improve their vocal, piano, or guitar skills.
In 2007, I began my degree in vocal performance at the world renowned Westminster Choir College music conservatory. What followed was an intensive four year “music boot camp” of sorts during which I decided I wanted to work towards my masters in music therapy, and help others using my craft. I graduated in 2011, summa cum laude from the honors program and began my creative arts therapy master’s degree shortly there-after at Drexel University, where I practiced music therapy with various populations in need including elderly adults, teens, and of course, young children. My experiences working at the Philadelphia Family Court with parents and children were especially rewarding to me, and compelled me to find other opportunities to do similar work, which is why I am hosting this class!
